<h3>Provision of Personal Information From Traders</h3>

        Traders are obligated to provide his/her real identity in order to use Rizoka.ng trading website. This information is used only for verification purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties.

        Having accepted the above and proceeded with registration process in the website, traders confirm the transmittal of his data into the website and their use at identification, notification and performance of transactions.
    </li>
    <li>
        Traders cannot change their personal details after registration and cannot edit their personal details after signing up on the website to ensure we are still with the right person.
    </li>
    <li>
        Rizoka.ng customers understand and accepts that all buying and selling within the website are performed by Rizoka alone and not a peer to peer.
    </li>
    <li>
        Traders are responsible for what they trade on the website and we are not responsible for what the trader trades on the Rizoka.ng website.
    </li>
    <li>
        We accept and trade only Bitcoin, Perfect Money, Skrill, Payoneer, Advcash, USDT and Valid and Unused Gift cards on the website.

<h3>Use of Account on the Website</h3>

        Account is a personal data area of trader which functions on the basis of traders’ personal data.

        Traders are fully responsible for the state of his account, access to it and its control.

In case of complaints of or 3rd parties against the customer, the company has a right to address judicial agencies of any jurisdiction for protection of company’s interests, its participants, and the parties.

        Rizoka will not disclose traders’ account and personal details nor subject to transfer any traders’ information to other person or agencies without appropriate licenses and approvals from a honorable court.

<h3>Transactions</h3>

        Opening a trade on Rizoka.ng means you are fully aware and responsible for all transactions performed on the website on your personal account (PO).
    </li>
    <li>
        Gift Cards traders at every point must upload a clear picture of each gift card to be traded on the website.
    </li>
    <li>
        Having agreed to become a trader, you acknowledge the right of Rizoka.ng to establish any internal cross-rates for currencies in which your transaction was performed.
    </li>
    <li>
        Only registered customer and nobody else is responsible for any migration or loss of his/her funds including resulting from authorized access.
    </li>
    <li>
        Customer have no right to demand to reverse the transaction done by him/her in his/her personal account.
    <li>
        Traders shall pay a special attention to accuracy of his personal details like an account name and number must be correct and must be to his or her name on the website as transactions on the website is one click.

<h3>Limitations of Liability</h3>

    Rizoka will not be liable for loss of funds by a careless customer/trader due to system malfunction from banks, delayed to receive payments from banks, unauthorized access and withdrawals of funds, theft, force majeure, any special, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may incur in connection with actions or lack of accuracy

    Rizoka reserves a right to block an account for term or termless period of time if a suspicious activity is observed.connection with actions or lack of accuracy
